Can I still get into a school for Biomedical Engineering on the East Coast with my record?

Your SAT scores are below the national average and seriously hurting your chances at a good school. I strongly suggest you don't apply early since you need to retake the SAT. Try taking the ACT as well (many colleges accept both).
