What happens in the RockStar Energy Drink Uproar Festival's RockStar Lounge?

I want to buy VIP Tickets to meet bands and stuff, I was looking at the tickets and it said for VIP tickets you get access to the RockStar Lounge. I was just wondering (from people who've been there before) , do you get to meet the bands there or is there no way to get tickets so you can be backstage and meet all the bands?
