How can I convice my mom to take me to a conert?

Ok so, my birthday is coming up. I wanna go to a concert in Illinois,Joliet. Which is like 6 hours away from home. And its on the 26 of June which is not far from now. And the tickets are probally really expensive, and snacks and gas. Also maybe a hotel room. So I REALLY need to convince my mom to take me. I would also like to convince her to get me VIP to get an autograph. Do I need VIP? I hope not. Please give me and answer, thank you!(:
