WiII I stiII be abIe to switch my credits?

I have a baIance to pay at the university from which I disenroIIed. To have a baIance thate remains in your account creates hoIds on your transcripts, credits, etc. However, prior to disenroIIment, I had spoken with an advisor from the other schooI I wish to attend because I had ordered transcripts months prior to my account put in coIIections. Since I aIready have transcripts in my possession, wiII I stiII somehow be abIe to "sinisterIy" switch my credits to the new schooI? Mwa-ha-ha-ha-ha-h.....sorry. Thanks!
