Where is a good area to rent if I will be attending Fordham University?
I am an international student attending Fordham University. I want to rent an apartment near Fordham University wherein the neighborhood is safe and not noisy and the rent is reasonable. Thanks for your opinions.. What part in Bronx is considered a safe neighborhood?
