The 2011 Vans Warped Tour?

Okay, so I am going to this years (2011) Vans Warped Tour and my favorite band, Paramore, is playing there. I want to know, do you have to donate blood to actually get to meet them and get that VIP pass, or do you just have to walk around and hope they are at a tent signing things? This is my first year going, and I would donate blood but I'm not old enough yet on my own. :( Also are the cut line passes worth anything? Thanks for your time! :)
