Help with Battlefield: Bad Company 2 VIP code!!?

I bought Battlefield: Bad Company 2 off of the Xbox Marketplace and then I bought the 800-point Bad Company 2 VIP, yet when I got on the game and tried to download the maps it asked for the code, even though I didn't get one. Do I not get the code since I got it virtually or did I forget to do something? Please help!
