What are vip tickets?

what are exactly vip tickets?like...do u meet the singer or do u just get good seats?i entered this contest and won vip tickets but someone else won vip tickets and meet and greet.i only won vip tickets.so i'm confused cuz i thought they were both the same.And if vip tickets are just wen u get good seats, then do i get to sit in the front or what?
