How to help my brother get a job?

My brother is eighteen and has never had a job. I'm fifteen and have three jobs (cashier, caddy, and babysit). He is lazy and doesn't like confrontation (I have awful spelling lol). He claims he can't be a cashier because he'll have trouble doing it. He doesn't understand how important having a job is. He thinks life is a free ride. He is attending college in September and won't have money for anything. And I doubt he will get a job then. My parents don't make a whole lot and can't afford to send him money all the time. He is being kind of selfish. Last August, his friend was visitng and basiclly free-loaded off his friend. He paid for mini-golf, resturants, and everything. Me and him can't do anything fun together because I will have to pay for him. I really want to help him so he will have money.
