My 3yr old uses the toilet brilliantly at nursery 5 days a week but comes home and just has accidents?

her teachers tell us she tells her when she needs to go the toilet and does everything her self, but when she comes home we ask her if she wants to go on the potty or hav a wee wee but she just says she doesn't need it then does it in her knickers.
